SHIPPING​
WE SHIP ALL OVER THE WORLD!
All items are sent to you safely and carefully packed and are sent by mail via CTT or by courier. Items are shipped after payment has been received, inclusive of transport costs.
Shipping costs vary according to location and weight of the package (domestic €10 / within-EU €20; all other locations- budget request)
Domestic orders can take up to 5-6 business days, (or longer depending on the circumstances).
International orders can take up to 5-15 business days, (or longer depending on the circumstances).
If you’d rather come and collect your order please get in touch to arrange this, shipping costs can be refunded accordingly if this is organised.
I will always aim to have things sent out as quickly as possible but occasionally, due to events/timings/number of orders, it may take a few days before parcels are shipped out. Please be patient, this business is run solely by me and every order is packaged, labeled and sent off myself. If for any reason there are delays in sending work out from the studio I’ll be in touch.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
There might be tax or customs charges on some items shipped abroad. Please keep in mind that you may need to pay customs fees upon pick up of your parcel.Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for delays or costs due to customs.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS​

Returns are only accepted if I accidentally ship out the wrong items, (I’m only human, mistakes can happen), if this does occur, please get in touch and I’ll rectify the order.

Covid-19
Due to the current global pandemic with COVID-19, orders might take longer than expected to reach their destinations, this is very much out of my control so please keep an especially keen eye on your order during these times. I’ve also decided to limit shipping to Portugal and EU for the time being as there are surcharges on long haul deliveries.This will hopefully change soon and I can return to shipping internationally like I normally do.

**All La Poterie pieces are hand-made in the studio in Portugal. Irregularities in size, glaze & texture, reflect the human touch received during the making process and are part of the beauty of the piece.
Our ceramic pieces like to be treated with care: although they are dishwasher safe and food safe, they prefer to be washed by hand and, although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products.**

In case of damage upon arrival, please send us an email with the picture of the piece within 2 (two) business days.
